Do you publish a trade price list?
No. Trade pricing depends on the quantity and the mix of materials, so we quote against what you actually need rather than publishing one list that suits nobody.
What quantities count as wholesale?
There is no fixed threshold. Tell us the run in metres and the materials, and we will come back with a price and a lead time.
Who buys from you on trade terms?
Landscapers and garden designers, groundskeeping and grounds maintenance contractors, garden centres and hardware retailers, and online resellers.
Can I mix materials in one order?
Yes. A single order can combine the plastic kit, the stainless, black steel and corten ranges, and the tools and accessories that go with them.
Do you cut the edging to length for trade orders?
No. Nothing is cut to a customer's measurement. The metal ranges ship as interlocking sections of roughly a metre and the plastic is sold by the metre, so you order the number of metres the job needs.
How long does a bulk order take to arrive?
Standard orders are handled and packed in 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 5 to 7 days. Larger quantities may need longer, and the quote will say so.
Can you deliver to a site rather than an office?
Yes. Give us the delivery address when you ask for the quote and we will price it.
Do you supply outside the United Kingdom?
This store delivers across the UK. GardenEdge has sister stores in other countries, so tell us where you are and we will point you at the right one.
How do I pay on a trade order?
Quotes are settled by card or by bank transfer. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
What if a bulk delivery arrives damaged?
Tell us within a reasonable time and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
I haven't received my order yet! is it lost?

How do i know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you have a shop location?
We are a "online supplier", with no physical shop or premises. In this way, we are able to pass our considerable savings directly to you.
Do i get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom is GBP 25, and it is free once your order reaches GBP 100. It takes five to seven days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed.

Is there a minimum order?
No. The per metre and per section ranges are sold by the unit, so you can order one metre or one section if that is all you need.
Can I change my mind after it arrives?
Yes. As a consumer buying online in the UK you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Email us with your order number, then you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Nothing we sell is made to your measurement, so that right applies to everything on this site.
What if the item is faulty or not what was described?
That is a separate and stronger right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and it runs for six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and five years in Scotland. You can ask for a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return postage.
Who pays return postage if I simply change my mind?
You do, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Yes. Contact us with your order number as soon as you can. Most orders are picked within 24 hours, so the sooner the better.
How do I track my order?
You get a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order ships. Items in one order can travel in separate parcels.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payment and PayPal, both through a secure checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach this site.
What currency are prices in?
Pounds sterling, GBP, and that is what your card is charged.
